Please provide us with the following information: - Name of guest/lead guest travelling - Number of people travelling - Destination (If an airport please specify terminal) - Time required - Name of booker - Cash booking or to be charged to meeting room account We kindly ask that the travelling guest(s) are in the lobby for time of departure. Please note, prices cannot be specified at this point but will be chargable. 

Please submit this request and a member of staff will come to your meeting room to collect your document.  We kindly ask you to place a cover note detailing how many copies, if you would like them stapled and if they are to be in black/white or colour. Black and white photocopying charged at £XX per page.  Colour photocopying charged at £XX per page.

Once submitted, a member of staff will be with you as soon as possible to refresh your meeting room.
